Shipping & Return

It is available at the Pirates Cove to exchange or return products. In return send the product back to us, please let us know by e-mail why you return the product. Want another product or the same product but in a different size or color? Please send us an e-mail. We will then contact you to discuss the possibilities.
Note: The shipping and return costs are for your own account!

Conditions Returns
We do not fuss about returning. The conditions for the return are:
- that the product is not used
- still in its original packaging (with the optional cards)
- that the item / items are returned within 14 days after the "send" email.

How can you return an item?
1) Send the product sufficient postage back to:

2) Write your bank account number where the money can be refunded on the invoice, or a copy of it and enclose it to the package. Without this, we can not process the return.

3) Send the shipment with sufficient postage back to us. This prevents delays or penalties. Any costs charged by the package are the amount you receive deducted. Not prepaid shipments we do not take!

Upon receipt of your return the item / items of your return are checked. If the conditions are satisfied, the amount will be refunded within 10 days to the bank account indicated on the attached invoice.

Returned items that do not meet the requirements.
Returned items that do not meet the requirements will not be considered. You will get a notice about it. These items we can return to you after shipping has been made to us. If you do not pay the shipping costs we consider the product as a loss amount for postage. There will anyway  no money be refunded! If we do not receive notice from you again, we hold the product 14 days. Then, the rights expire on the product.

Discounted items
Discounted items should not be considered to be returned within 7 days of receipt, otherwise the return will be no longer considered.

Customized Products
Custom goods we take back very rarely. As we try to collect as much information as possible about your idea's in advance, we do not expect you will not be satisfied. But this can always happen of course. Please send an e-mail to us first so that we can hopefully reach an appropriate solution.
