2. Orders & Offers
All offers are binding, unless explicitly stated otherwise by The Pirates Cove and are valid for the specified time or until the number of products associated with this promotion are sold out. All The Pirates Cove do not automatically apply to repeat orders. The Pirates Cove can not be held to its offer if the customer should have understood that the offer, or any part of it, may contain an obvious mistake or error.

3. Prices / Price Increase
All prices are, unless otherwise indicated, expressed in euros, including value added tax (VAT) and excluding shipping costs.

4. Delivery
If goods are in stock, they will be sent as soon as possible after the order is payed. The costs are calculated according to the rates of the Dutch Post Office but additional shipping fees may be charged in case of special circumstances.

5. Delivery Time
A specified delivery time given by The Pirates Cove can not be regarded as a fixed term. The delivery time commences after all required data is in the possession of The Pirates Cove, and The Pirates Cove will try to let the delivery take place within 7 and 30 days. Under the rules of distance selling The Pirates Cove (contractor) will urgently orders, but at least within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available), or there is another reason for delay, or an order can not or only partially implemented, the consumer (client) will receive an e-mail within 1 month placement of the order, and in that case he is entitled to cancel the order without penalty.

6. Exchange / Returns
The cancellation of an order is possible within 14 days after making the order. Send us in that case an email with the products to cancel. Once products have been returned, the money will be deposited into your account. If the goods are not shipped yet, the money will be refunded as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days. In return, the products needs to be unused, whole, in original packaging  and with any tags attached. Based products will not be accepted back. If we discover that returned garments are worn, the entire order will not be accepted back. Products can be returned until 14 days after sending the "order sent e-mail."

7. Warranty
The Pirates Cove recommends to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report defects found within a reasonable time. The Pirates Cove guarantees the quality of the delivered items (during the time that the fabric gives guarantee on the product). If desired, the Pirates Cove can ask the buyer to send the product for inspection of the nature and cause of the defect. This should always be done with sufficient postage. If desired, you can send products with increased liability.
Warranty claims can only be filed within 14 days after discovery of the defect by writing an e-mail to The Pirates Cove and have a good description of the defect and sending a copy of the invoice.
This guarantee means that if the conditions are met, The Pirates Cove will repair or replace the goods (at the buyer's choice), without the need to pay the costs. This warranty does not include any additional costs, such as with the repair or replacement made necessary facilities. The warranty provision is without prejudice to the rights and claims that the law grants to the purchaser.
This warranty does not apply if: you have made changes to the article or device; there are defects caused by incorrect or improper use, such as failure to observe the operating instructions; The defect is caused by intent or gross negligence; The Pirates Cove (in time) is given the opportunity to examine the complaint and possible repair of the defect or if the buyer refuses to return the product postage prepaid to us for inspection.

8. Payment
Payment must be completed within 10 working days after order, and takes place through prepayment via Giro / Bank transfer to our account: NL48 ABNA 0416 2349 41 - The Pirates Cove. Payments should only be made in Euros.

9. Privacy
The Pirates Cove respects the privacy of online visitors to its website and is the sole owner of the information obtained through this site, unless otherwise indicated. This information is not sold, shared or rented to third parties other than as disclosed in this statement.

10. Applicable law
All offers and agreements of The Pirates Cove is exclusively Dutch law.
 
11. Complaints
If a customer is not satisfied with a product or delivery of The Pirates Cove please contact us via: info@thepiratescove.nl  with subject 'complaint'. The complaint will be considered asap.
